Timeline Arranger - organize your timeline with a single click!

Timeline Arranger is a tiny Blender addon that allows users to organize the Timeline according to the length of an animation with a single click.

How this addon can be helpful?

If you're importing different animations let's say from Mixamo again and again and organizing the Timeline to make them repeat nicely every time; then, this addon will save you from couple of clicks.

Aren't there all kinds of shortcuts for the Timeline anyway?

There are but to use them you gotta let go of the mouse to use your right hand, look at the keyboard and whatnot, which breaks the flow of animating in my opinion.

What if I have more than one Armature in the scene?

If you hide one of them, the timeline will be arranged according to the visible one.

Does this only works for Mixamo animations?

Nope. There isn't a limitation like that.

Delete Extra Objects Option

Mixamo FBX files comes with a camera and a point light every time when you import an animation, which makes the Outliner clustered a little. That's why there is an option to delete extra objects, which means that if you check that option, the addon will organize the Timeline AND delete the objects that are not an armature or a mesh object. By default it's set to false.

Installation

Just use the .py file for the installation. Nothing else is required.

Timeline Arranger panel will be appeared in the Object Properties tab, then you can add the operator to your quick favorites or assign a shortcut for it to access it easily.
